Bridal Alterations With Careful Fitting

A bridal alteration begins with a garment review and an initial fitting. We look at construction, fabric, seam allowances, and the changes needed for the intended silhouette before confirming the work plan.

Common requests include hem and train adjustment, bodice and strap refitting, bustle setup, and occasion dress alterations. Each project is quoted after inspection, so the scope stays clear before any work begins.

Written scopes, staged fittings, and final checks before collection.

Alteration Atelier shapes each bridal and occasionwear project around the garment, the event date, and the fit goals confirmed at the first appointment.

Most projects include one to two fittings, depending on the garment and the changes required. If additional work is needed, it is approved before we continue, and the final fitting is checked again at collection.

We also provide care and pressing notes so you know how to handle the garment after pickup. Completion timing depends on the fitting schedule, material needs, and workshop capacity, so event dates are confirmed in advance.
