Our services are provided by appointment and are limited to tailoring and clothing alterations, including bridal and occasionwear work. Any proposed alteration is subject to garment inspection, construction review, and confirmation of the requested scope before work begins.

Quotes and Payment
Prices are not final until the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit have been assessed. Where a project is accepted, any deposit, payment method, and balance arrangement will be confirmed for that project, and additional work will not be carried out without approval.

Project Conditions
We may provide a written alteration scope and care notes for the project. Any completion timing, fitting sequence, or collection arrangement depends on the garment, the agreed work, workshop capacity, and the availability of required materials.
